Rigid vinyl (SPC)
Rigid stone-plastic flooring: fully waterproof, great for kitchens and hallways.
SPC flooring is a rigid stone-plastic composite plank with click joints. Unlike laminate it is fully waterproof, so one floor can run through the whole apartment including the kitchen. In Kazakhstan good SPC costs about 6,000–15,000 KZT/m²; it needs a flat screed (max 2 mm per 2 m).
