Real wood top layer on a plywood base: the look of solid wood with better stability.
Engineered wood has a real oak wear layer (3–6 mm) on plywood, which keeps it stable through Kazakhstan's dry heating seasons. Glued installation, price roughly 18,000–45,000 KZT/m². The top layer can be re-sanded once or twice, so the floor lasts decades.
