Finishes schedule
A room-by-room table of finishes: floor, walls, ceiling, with areas.
The finishes schedule specifies floor, walls, ceiling and skirting per room with articles and areas. Purchase volumes with correct margins are counted from it, the foreman never asks "what goes here?", and floor transitions are resolved in advance instead of improvised.
