Underfloor heating
Electric or water heating inside the screed: warm tile underfoot.
Electric mats under tile are the standard in Kazakh apartments (connecting water loops to central heating risers is prohibited). Use 150–180 W/m² mats with a programmable thermostat, and only where bare feet actually stand. Budget ~8,000–15,000 KZT/m² installed.
