Assemblies that cut airborne and impact noise: framed walls, floating screed, mineral wool.
Airborne noise is cut by mass — a framed lining with mineral wool and double drywall adds 10–15 dB. Impact noise from above can barely be fixed from your side, honestly. What works: floating screed, lined bedroom walls, insulated soil stacks. A lined wall runs from ~8,000–12,000 KZT/m².
