Тау Шатыр

Tau Shatyr is an elite complex in the Medeu district. No project here yet — for the appropriate finish level see our 100 m² quiet-luxury project on Seifullin.

What to consider in this complex

• In elite class engineering comes first: fresh-air supply, ducted AC and humidification before design
• A calm palette with rich textures reads more prestigious than active decor
• Supervision and procurement are not optional here — mistakes on slabs cost too much
