Seifullin
On Seifullin we completed a 100 m² quiet-luxury project: marble, fluted fronts, precise brass. Run with supervision and procurement — the result matches the renders.
What to consider in this complex
- A calm palette plus characterful materials reads more expensive than active decor
- Approve marble and tile layouts on elevation drawings — joints decide the look
- One accent metal (brass) unifies the apartment better than mixed finishes
