RAMS Garden

RAMS Garden is a comfort-class complex by RAMS Qazaqstan in the Medeu district. No completed project here yet — but we have two completed projects in nearby Kamenka Park in the same housing class.

What to consider in this complex

• The upper city means sun and views: use roller blinds and light curtains, not heavy drapes
• Check wall geometry before ordering the kitchen — 2–3 cm deviations are common in new builds
• An insulated balcony honestly adds a functional zone — a study or a coffee corner
