Palladium

Palladium is a business-class complex in the Almaly district. No project here yet — see our 93 m² neoclassic in Kamenka Park and minimalism in Arena City Life for this class.

What to consider in this complex

• The city center is noisy: acoustic lining on street-facing walls pays off in sleep quality
• Neoclassics with mouldings demand flat walls — invest in plaster at the rough stage
• A dim evening light scene makes a city apartment intimate after sunset
