Expo Residence
Astana
Expo Residence is a modern Esil-district complex on Kabanbay Batyr. No project here yet — compact and mid formats of this district are our regular task: see Dauir and Aruna City.
What to consider in this complex
- The EXPO district is young and active: contemporary style fits the context
- Rental apartments should be wear-proof: SPC floors, HPL fronts, class-1 washable paint
- A designed studio beats a walled-off one-bedroom — but only with proper zoning
