Astana
Esil Apartments is a BAZIS-A complex in Astana. No project here yet — modern formats of this level are our routine work: see Aruna City and Dauir.
What to consider in this complex
- The monolithic BAZIS frame allows re-planning freedom — use it with a project and approval
- Check geometry in new buildings: a measured survey before design saves weeks on site
- Apartment formats love transformability: fold-down beds, sliding partitions, custom furniture
