Esentai Apartments on Al-Farabi is one of Almaty's best-known premium addresses, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. No project here yet — our level for this class shows in the Seifullin quiet-luxury project.
What to consider in this complex
- Panoramic windows dictate the light plan: cove niches and motorized tracks before ceilings
- High ceilings love layered light — the chandelier works as an object, not the source
- In premium, execution details decide: shadow gaps, flush skirtings, slab joints — supervision required
