Auezov City

Auezov City is a comfort-class complex by BAZIS-A in the Almaly district. No project here yet — but we constantly work with this class, like our light minimalism at 67 m² in Besagash.

What to consider in this complex

• Monolithic BAZIS buildings allow layout freedom — use it with a project, not chaotic demolition
• Light minimalism with warm wood is the most liquid choice if resale matters
• Track lighting instead of chandeliers is the cheapest upgrade at the wiring stage
