Асыл Арман

Asyl Arman is a 33-building development in the Karasai district with its own infrastructure. No project here yet — for this format see our Besagash and Mereke work.

What to consider in this complex

• The entrance zone decides: tile, a bench, closed storage for seasonal shoes
• Family apartments win from a "second living room" on an insulated balcony
• Plan wiring around real furniture: in typical apartments outlets are almost never where needed
