Apple Residence
Almaty
Apple Residence is a comfort-class complex in the Auezov district. No project here yet — our approach to this format shows in the 65 m² warm minimalism in Mereke.
What to consider in this complex
- Mid-size areas (55–75 m²) love a merged kitchen-living room
- One accent wall replaces decor on all the others
- Budget by levels: comfort renovation with materials in Almaty starts around 250,000 KZT/m²
