Directional point fixtures: the workhorses of ceiling lighting.
Spots are directional fixtures meant to light specific surfaces — table, worktop, art — not to grid the ceiling. Correct positions run along walls (300–400 mm off) and over work zones; center-room spots light the top of your head. Choose 24–36° beams for accents, deep-set diodes against glare, CRI 90+.
