Loft style

The industrial-space style: concrete, brick, exposed services, high ceilings.

Loft was born in 1940s–50s New York factories: brick, raw concrete, exposed services, open plans. Honest take for typical 2.6 m apartments: full loft is a suit that doesn't fit — use its elements instead (one concrete-textured wall, black glazing profiles, track lighting). Real loft needs 3 m+ ceilings and big windows.
