The studio buying everything for the project: sourcing, orders, logistics, control.
Procurement turns the specification into real objects: supplier quotes, orders, production tracking (custom furniture takes 4–12 weeks in Kazakhstan), inspection and replacements. An average apartment means 200–400 items from 30–50 suppliers — months of logistics you can run yourself from our specs or delegate to the studio.
