Ducted air conditioner
An AC hidden above the ceiling, delivering air through grilles — no wall units.
A ducted unit hides above the ceiling and feeds rooms through linear grilles — nothing on the walls. It costs 2–3× wall splits (from ~800,000 KZT for an 80–100 m² apartment) and needs 250–350 mm of ceiling void, so the decision must be made at planning stage.
