Demolition strips a resale flat down to its shell — 1–3 weeks and tons of debris (removal from ~25,000–40,000 KZT per truck in Almaty). Before starting: an approved re-planning project, capped utilities, and agreed noisy-work hours with the building management. Never touch structure by eye.
